“Why Manifest?”  On the surface, this question may seem obvious to many, it is actually a very good question. Through manifesting you become more aware of Whom you are in your Wholeness, (Divinity). The Creator manifested the Universe. As smaller parts of Creation, creation is our Divine essence. We are meant to create. Through creating and manifesting we expand and grow. We become more of Who we are.

The larger part of you, your Higher Self, your Source Energy, your Soul,…it goes by many names, patiently waits for you to begin the creation process. As soon as you do, by focusing on your desire, and choosing to manifest it, your Source energy goes to work doing its job – co-creating with you your desire. This is a major part of the secret to the law of attraction and creating the life you desire.

Why is it so frustration for people to try to learn manifesting from a book?
What are the perceived benefits one can create through manifesting?

For those out there who are interested in only the material aspects of life, to control things, people and the environment, or, to those who seek power & wealth, manifesting becomes an illusive subject.   Manifesting almost implies some kind of method that, once learned, will give manifestors all that they want and power over all they survey.

The problem for people of that mind set is that manifesting is not a process of methods or tricky skills to learn.  It is a journey of self discovery, growth and spiritual awareness.  The irony is, when you want nothing, usually, you can manifest anything!

Now, there are those out there that can naturally manifest their wants, but there is usually a negative repercussion.  Manifesting through the Source, using the engine of Desire is not the same as manifesting through a disconnected Ego and the engine of want.  We will talk later more about the difference between Wanting vs. Desire & Expectations vs. Intentions.

“The Sleeper Must Awaken”!

A enlighten statement mentioned long ago, made famous by the Father of the Universe Super Being, in the original 1980s movie DUNE.

BUT, it begs the questions:

Who is Awake & who is not!?

Better yet, who is Alive & who is Living!?

According to Abraham Harold Maslow, who conceptualized the “hierarchy of human needs“, and is considered the founder of humanistic psychology,  self actualization, (those who are Awake, (Consciously Aware),  fit in the pyramid below.

All this sound basic and accurate except that this model is missing one more tier to answer the original questions, (Who is Awake & Alive?).

Self Actualization is akin to a person being half in and out of a sleep state, (that kind of twilight state of awakeness).  THIS IS A VERY GOOD START.  But the journey has barely begun.

The higher tier missing from the pyramid contains the following awareness:

• A realization that there is no morality in the truest sense
• Instant creativity, or unconscious flashes of genius, – No thought process involved
• Global awareness of what is despite the facts
• More purer mental focus
• The awareness that miracles are nothing more random acts of your unconscious focus
• A sense non-consecutiveness, or a lack of, worldly concerns, (example, Religion, Politics & Science looses its appeal)
• A more relaxed approach to situations, good or dad
• An inability to notice the difference between good & bad

For you over achievers &/or power hungry individuals, or for those of you who are more cerebral than physical, stop & keep in perspective a couple of historical facts.

One is that nothing is really important. Also, in time, everything you do will be forgotten by the masses.  A person a century ago, or a millennia ago, may have thought, acted & felt as you do now, but history has forgotten most.  And, for the few that history remembers, no one truly knows for sure any individual of the past.

There are higher forms of education & schools that teach that to be balanced, at peace with your surroundings & sleep at night, (meaning falling asleep quickly & without any sleep aids), requires 4 basic disciplines.

Despite your religious up bringing, your cultural back ground, or even your beliefs, you need to always be mindful that:

1. You must give up your HATES/JUDGEMENTS.

2. You are not your MIND.

3. You are not your BRAIN.

4. You can not THINK your way to GOD.

NOW THINK ABOUT THAT.

It is not suggested that you are a lesser person if you do not embrace these principals.

On the other hand, if you have a pain & go to a doctor to rid your self of it, then you would naturally take the doctor’s prescription for the pain.

The 4 basic disciplines are a prescription for those who  truly desire PEACE above all other things, but suffer lack of mental peace.  Even with a peaceful mind, you will still continue to experience the pains of the world, but they will no longer affect you.

Practicing the 4 basic disciplines will help you to be rooted in the idea that YOU ARE ENOUGH.
